Nintendo Game Boy Micro

Attractive design, removable faceplate, good battery life

Little too small

This gorgeous design will appeal to the fashion savvy among us and those that love to have the latest cool mini device on the market but hardcore games will probably stick to their DS or SP.

Game Boy Micro review over at IGN

The official US release isn't September 17th, but IGN has one of the first hands-on reviews of the Game Boy Micro, Nintendo's seriously small new gaming handheld. Ok, so once you get past the whole thing about how freaking tiny it is, is the GBM worth...

Nintendo Game Boy Micro review: Nintendo Game Boy Micro

Nintendo Game Boy Micro

Pocket-friendly small size; bright, brilliant screen; decent battery life; standard headphone jack; huge library of games; swappable faceplates provide screen protection.

Game Boy titles are looking old vs. more advanced competition; body and screen size may be just too small for some; not compatible with older GBA accessories and older Game Boy games; the more advanced and equally bright DS Lite--which can play all of...

Nintendo's latest Game Boy has an interesting design but doesn't offer anything you can't find in the company's other portables.

Game Boy Micro

Most of us have seen an adult or two furtively playing a Game Boy Advance while stealing sideways glances, hoping no other adult is paying attention. Nintendo, which some believe has saturated the youth market with the GBA and DS, is well aware of this...

Tiny, lightweight, and stylish, with a backlit and very clear screen, the Micro also taps into Game Boy Advance's existing library of more than 700 titles. Interchangeable faceplates.

Not as sturdy as the GBA SP or DS. DS games are not compatible with the Micro.

Nintendo's stylish Micro makes the Game Boy Advance cool for adults.

Nintendo Game Boy Micro review

Could get you into trouble at work - it's unputdownable.

The Game Boy Micro is a slick miniature gaming gem perfect for avoiding tiresome work

Nintendo Game Boy Micro

Nintendo's revamped its Game Boy Advance again, this time coming out with a super small version dubbed Micro.

Ultra portable, compact and light. Great LCD screen produces bright and vivid images. Long battery life. Changeable faceplates.

Only AU$30 cheaper than the Nintendo DS. Screen is small. Not for big hands. Only plays Game Boy Advance cartridges.

Nintendo has created another Game Boy winner, but perhaps its biggest flaw lies not in its hardware, but with its price. At AU$150, the Micro is only AU$30 cheaper than the Nintendo DS, which boasts more advanced hardware and can also play Game Boy...

Gameboy Micro

I've been intending for some time to write about at least one of the many developments on the Nintendo handheld gaming front, but what would be my Home Theater hook? The Game Boy Advance generation eventually offered Game Boy Advance Video, which...
