This is my second digital camera. Coming from a purely point-and-shoot model with no creative controls whatsoever, this was a welcome change.

This was probably the best $450 I've spent in my life. The camera was only $300 plus tax, but the extra expenses made the camera worth while.

A good camera, but your gonna spend much more money getting enough memory sticks to take a lot of photos. I spent another $200 getting more memory sticks and a good case for mine. It's a shame that all this did not come with it.

For those of you who have been on search for a digital camera as I have been, it seems almost as if the search may never end. My main goals were to keep the cost as LOW(?) as possible and to have a camera that will meet my personal needs.
