None that I can see or hear. The horn gives strong treble response sometimes, but this isn't a bad thing

The enclosure quality is very nice. This was a big step up from my HT in a box set-up. Great sound. This product makes for really like Klipsch as a brand

The magnetic speaker cover tends to "slip off" easily..maybe the magnets could be stronger? Very minor issue really, especially if you don't handle the speaker often. Just to be clear, the cover doesn't fall off or slip even during higher volume sessions
