Stylish, tasty coffee, simple to use

Looks good and there's a good solid feel to the machine. Has huge water reservoir so doesn't need refilling too often. Once set up, easy to use and makes perfect espresso.

The steam pipe attachment came apart in use once which could be a hazard.

Easy to use and clean. Makes great espresso especially if you grind your own beans. Looks good and sturdy too!

Once set up and working it was incredibly easy to use, and I now love it. Would recommend it to anyone.

Needs patience in the beginning. Had to get my son to show me why coffee was overflowing - it was due to not locking the coffee contained in place with a firm hand. Not the fault of the machine but the instructions could have been more thorough.

Makes great coffee, it's compact, quick and straight forward to use. The panarello seems to have enough clout to make hot milk with ease for latte lovers.

Drips a bit when in use but I don't find that a problem at all

Everything, it is so easy to use once you've practiced a bit.

Can't steam milk whilst pulling a shot, but this is a home machine so your aren't really going to be pulling back to back shots like the high street!

Sorry No Good points as Had one made 6 coffees and the unit failed. sent back and received 2nd Hand unit. Would not recommend as overall very poor service.
