Canon 24

I've had this lens for about two years now and am so pleased with it. It's perfect for street and portrait photography with excellent bokeh/blurred backgrounds and great sharpness throughout the zoom range.

I upgraded from my original 24-70mm as I was bothered by edge to edge sharpness in my original lens choice. This lens shows none of those issues and is now my lens of choice to keep attached to my camera, only swapping when longer reach or wider angle...

Expensive, but one of the best you can get. Sharp/quick accurate focus.

When I upgraded to a Canon 5D III, I couldn't afford to buy the EF 24-70 lens so made do with the EF 24-105 F.4. I have to say this a great all round lens with a good reach. However I was finding that I needed something faster for low light situations....
