The Sony PRS-600 has an excellent feature base, but suffers by virtue of its glossy display.

Great build quality; fantastic touch-screen interface; built-in dictionary; note-taking capabilities; wide range of formats supported

Glossy screen makes it almost unusable; more expensive than rivals

But there’s a rather big catch. The Reader Touch Edition has a reflective screen, and you can see your own face beaming back at you. The reflective screen adds absolutely nothing, but takes away just about everything.
