Excellent standard-definition video quality. Easy to use. Nicely structured menus. Shoots 6-megapixel still pictures.

Slow still-image performance. It's not HD.

This 10X optical Handycam should definitely be on your short list if you're looking for a SD camcorder that doesn't skimp on quality.
